Quayle Munro advises shareholders of Haynes publishing

Quayle Munro, a leading investment adviser that provides mergers and acquisitions' services in the information, publishing and technology sectors announces that it represented Haynes Publishing plc in its disposal of Sutton Publishing, publisher of historical and heritage titles, to NPI Media Group Limited for £3 million in cash. The disposal concludes a strategic review by the Haynes Publishing Group aimed at disposing of under-performing activities.Commenting on the successful transaction, Quayle Munro Managing Director Andrew Adams said: "The acquisition is a perfect fit for NPI Media Group which is rapidly fulfilling its aim of becoming one of the largest specialist historical and heritage publishers in Europe."
