Quayle Munro advises Eaglemoss Publishing on sale to Aurenis

May 2007:

Quayle Munro has advised the shareholders of Eaglemoss Publishing Group Ltd, the partworks publisher, on the sale to French partworks publisher Aurenis for an undisclosed amount.  The acquisition by Aurenis was financed by Edmond de Rothschild Investment Partners in Paris.

Eaglemoss was founded in 1978 by Patrick Cavendish. It has grown to be one of the largest UK partworks publishers, with operations across Europe.
