Tara has over eight years corporate finance experience. She joined Quayle Munro’s London office in June 2009 having previously spent a year working in the Corporate Finance team at Ingenious Media. Prior to this Tara spent five years in the European Telecom, Media & Technology team at Citigroup in London. She has worked on numerous cross-border M&A and fundraising transactions predominantly in the media sector, and also in the telecom, technology, consumer and healthcare sectors. Recent transactions include; the sale of the Steel Business Briefing Group to Platts; the sale of BENTEK Energy to Platts; the sale of Access Intelligence’s chemical and energy portfolio to IHS; the sale of Point Carbon to Thomson Reuters; the sale of New Energy Finance to Bloomberg; and the sale of a majority stake of Cath Kidston to TA Associates.
Tara graduated from Bristol University with a degree in Economics & Finance.
