Neil has extensive advisory and modelling experience in PPP/PFI and more recently within the Higher and Further Education sectors. Recent clients include Heriot Watt University, University of Liverpool, University of Westminster, University of Abertay, Glasgow Nautical College and Forth Valley College. He has also recently advised on Solihull Schools BSF.
Neil joined PriceWaterhouseCoopers (Management Consulting) in London in 1994 specialising in business modelling with clients such as Goldman Sachs, Kingfisher and the Treasury. In 1998 he returned to Edinburgh with British Linen Bank, and then Bank of Scotland, modelling on PFI transactions, and managing the contract negotiation and management of legal and technical advisors. Latterly Neil was self-employed as a financial modelling consultant (with Quayle Munro as a client), before joining Quayle Munro's Edinburgh office in June 2007, working within the Debt Advisory and Education team.
Neil has a B. Com (1st class Hons) from Edinburgh University and MSc (Operational Research) from Strathclyde University.
