Graham is part of the infrastructure advisory team and is involved in a range of advisory and financial modelling for various PFI/PPP bids, including those in the street lighting and health sectors, as well as maintaining the financial models for operational PFI/PPP projects, and advising on debt raisings in the Higher & Further education sector. He previously managed several of the Special Purpose Vehicle subsidiaries of PFI Infrastructure Company plc ("PFICo"), the secialist fund managed by Quayle Munro before joining the client advisory team in January 2007.
Before joining Quayle Munro in December 2006, Graham worked as an audit manager at Chiene & Tait and as a statutory accountant at Cairn Energy plc.
Graham read accountancy at Aberdeen University. He is a chartered accountant.
