Quayle Munro is pleased to announce that it has advised Eukleia Training Limited, a leading provider of Governance, Risk and Compliance (“GRC”) e-learning and classroom training, on its sale to Learning Technologies Group PLC (“LTG”).
Founded in 2005, Eukleia offers a broad range of bespoke and off-the-shelf e-learning courses, instructor-led training, and learning management system solutions which help the world’s leading financial institutions deliver their GRC training programs.
