Payne-Gallway was set up in Ipswich in 1998, by Pat and Oliver Heathcote, to publish IT and computing textbooks for schools and colleges. Payne-Gallway now publishes over eighty books and electronic resources to support 'A ' level and GCSE IT and computing courses, vocational IT courses and IT skills development. With Pat's teaching background, Payne-Gallway has established strong brand recognition in the UK schools market and is well known for its quality of writing, design, and match to exam specification. The shareholders of Payne Gallway were represented by The van Tulleken Company.
