The van Tulleken Company advises Wolters Kluwer on divestiture of KnowledgePoint

New York (August 17, 2004) - Wolters Kluwer Tax, Accounting & Legal, a division of Wolters Kluwer, and a leading provider of tax, fiscal, legal and regulatory information for professionals, announced the sale of KnowledgePoint, a provider of human resources management services and software to Recruitmax. The van Tulleken Company represented Wolters Kluwer.

Founded in 1996, Recruitmax's award-winning enterprise workforce management software and services enable companies to attract, hire, retain and manage their workforces more efficiently.
