The project will involve CLV designing, financing and operating 850 new en-suite rooms, flats and studio student accommodation, with communal areas for socialising and study, across two developments, Manor Road and Vicarage Street. Both developments will be consistent in terms of design and sustainability with the strategic policies of Luton Borough Council’s development plan and their regeneration aspirations for Luton town centre.The project will be delivered in two phases between August 2011 and 2012, and forms part of the University’s significant £140m investment to provide modern campuses to its students with state-of-the-art equipment, offering them the best possible learning environment.Barclays Corporate will provide the senior debt.
