Sale of 7city Learning to Fitch Group

Quayle Munro Limited is pleased to announce that it has advised Gresham Private Equity, Management and other shareholders of 7city Learning, a leading global training provider, on its sale to Fitch Group.

Founded in 2000 and based in London with offices in New York, Singapore and Dubai, 7city Learning is globally recognised for providing high quality, innovative learning and development solutions primarily to the financial services industry. The Company serves more than 800 blue chip clients, including the global top 10 investment banks and 9 of the global top ten fund managers.

Fitch Group is combining 7city with its Fitch Training unit to form Fitch 7city Learning, a global leader in financial trading.
