05 November 2012 in News & Insights

Quayle Munro Limited is pleased to announce that it has advised the shareholders of Mekentosj BV, developer of the leading reference management software “Papers”, on its sale to Springer Science+Business Media, a leading global scientific publisher.

Based in The Netherlands, “Papers” radically improves the way researchers handle their scientific literature. The literature can be cited in word processing software of choice and can be shared with colleagues. Papers is available for Mac, Windows and iOS. The company has a strong history of product development, beginning with Mac based software and successfully adding iOS and Windows applications to its offering. New and enhanced product features for all applications have also marked the constant commitment to address users’ evolving needs.

Julian Moore, Managing Director, Quayle Munro said:
“Mekentosj BV has built a leading position in providing reference management software applications to a global customer base. Its “Papers” product is a valuable tool for STM academics and other users throughout the world.
