Peter works in the Public Finance team. He has been involved in a number of PFI transactions, advising successful private sector consortia on the financing of PFI projects in health and education. Clients include Robertson Capital Projects, Skanska, Hochtief and BAM.
Peter is experienced in building complex financial models involving innovative funding strategies including indexed linked bonds, mezzanine debt and RPI swaps. Peter was involved in appraisal, valuation and due diligence for a number of secondary investments for PFI Infrastructure Company.
Peter first joined Quayle Munro in 2005 and, after a short stint in private equity at HBoS, rejoined its Edinburgh office in early 2009. He previously worked in M&A at Lazard.
Peter is a CFA charterholder and a member of the Securities & Investment Institute. He graduated with an MA (Hons) in Economics & Economic History from the University of Edinburgh.
