Rob Cormie is an Executive Director of Quayle Munro Holdings PLC. Rob jointly runs the advisory practise with Andrew Adams and heads up the Edinburgh office.
He joined Quayle Munro in 2008 from KPMG Corporate Finance where he was a Partner and Head of the Energy & Natural Resources group.
Rob has more than 17 years of commercial experience in industry and then investment banking where he held senior positions in the energy and utilities groups of Sakura Bank, Commerzbank, CIBC World Markets and latterly KPMG Corporate Finance. Rob has broad experience across structured & project finance, M&A, leveraged buyouts, corporate debt and restructurings. Specific sector credentials include inter alia wind, tidal and wave power, new nuclear generation, thermal generation and energy services. Major clients have included Scottish & Southern Energy, International Power, Shanks, Pulsar Energy and Ecotricity. He recently advised on the sale of STS to Neptune Marine Services.
Rob has an honours degree and postgraduate diploma from the Edinburgh College of Art, is a Chartered Architect and obtained his MBA from Cranfield School of Management.
