Andrew is a manager in the PFI/PPP client advisory team and is responsible for the preparation of detailed financial models and project evaluation. He joined Quayle Munro's Edinburgh office in April 2008 from PricewaterhouseCoopers where he was a manager in their Treasury Risk Assurance Services department specialising in financial risk management.
Andrew is a Chartered Accountant. He has an honours degree in Mathematical Sciences from Durham University and a Masters degree in Applied Statistics from the University of Oxford.
