Clare is a Director of Quayle Munro’s Public Finance team, with responsibility for developing the advisory business. Whilst playing a strategic role within the team, she also acts as lead adviser on transactions, most recently to the project sponsor, Glasgow Healthcare Facilities Ltd, on financing the extension to the New Stobhill Hospital.
Clare joined Quayle Munro’s Edinburgh office in February 2006 from PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she spent over seven years in their corporate finance and recovery and assurance teams. On joining Quayle Munro, she focused on financial due diligence and investment analysis for the infrastructure fund managed by the Company, and held board positions on a number of the fund’s SPVs. In January 2008 Clare joined the Public Finance advisory team.
She also advised on the restructuring and majority management buy-out of Submersible Technology Systems in 2009.
Clare graduated from Edinburgh University with an honours degree in Economics & Politics. She is a Chartered Accountant.
