Marc joined Quayle Munro in 2007 on its acquisition of New Boathouse Capital, which he had joined from Deutsche Bank in 2002. He is based in the London office.
Marc has worked on transactions, including equity/debt fundraisings and acquisition and sale mandates, across a broad range of sectors. These include the refinancing and sale of Soho House, fundraising for Duncton, acquisition for and disposal of Trainline, and the sales of Eaglemoss publications and John Brown Publishing.
He qualified as a chartered accountant at Price Waterhouse in 1996. In 1997, he joined Morgan Stanley's European Capital Goods equity research team, which became the Number 1 ranked team across all surveys in 1999, and spent four years in equity research.
Marc graduated from LSE in 1993 with an honours degree in Economics.
