Andrew specialises in debt and capital markets related work in the higher and further education, housing, PPP/PFI and corporate sectors. He also provides strategic advice and PPP advisory services to both public and private sector organizations. He has advised the Scottish Government and a number of local authorities on a range of matters and has worked closely with a number of Universities on funding and procurement matters in the last twelve months, including Reading, Middlesex, Robert Gordon, Strathclyde, Liverpool John Moores, Bedfordshire, and Aberdeen. PPP clients include BAM, E:ON, Trillium and Pihl.
Andrew joined Quayle Munro's Edinburgh office in February 2004 from British Linen Advisers, having previously worked at Deutsche Bank and Morgan Grenfell & Co in Edinburgh; ABN, Bank of America and Potter Warburg in Australia; and Hill Samuel in London.
He graduated from the University of Edinburgh with a B.Com (Hons) in 1981.
