Andrew Adams is an Executive Director of Quayle Munro Holdings PLC. Andrew jointly runs the advisory practise with Rob Cormie and heads up the London office.
Since joining van Tulleken in 1998, Andrew has been involved with the successful completion of over 75 transactions. He joined Quayle Munro on its acquisition of van Tulleken in 2008. He is based in the London office.
Andrew has broad managerial, financial and M&A experience. Prior to joining van Tulleken he was a consultant to the Educational and Professional Publishing Division of Reed Elsevier plc, and Commercial Director of its Heinemann English Language Teaching business. He was previously Chief Operating Officer of Vivitar Corporation, the U.S-based photographic distributor, and a member of Gestetner Holdings PLC’s photographic management board.
Andrew is a graduate of The University of Cape Town and a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants.
