Dan joined Quayle Munro’s London office in July 2010 after three years with Lazard in London where he focused primarily on M&A transactions in the Retail and Consumer and Energy sectors. His experience includes public and private company takeovers, equity raisings and restructurings.
Dan has a first class degree in International Business from Warwick University, including a year spent at the University of Konstanz in Germany.
