Specialist Fund Management

Quayle Munro is the manager of The PFI Infrastructure Company plc (PFICo), a specialist investor in the equity of PFI/PPP projects.

PFICo was established in 2004 as an AIM-listed vehicle, initially raising £47m. In 2007 PFICo was acquired by a bidder at a total valuation of £156m, giving its shareholders a return of just under 40% per annum. We continue to manage the PFICo portfolio, which comprises holdings in 22 projects, mainly in the health and education sectors.

We are currently raising a new fund to continue the successful track record established with PFICo.
