Specialist Fund Management

The PFI Infrastructure Company plc (PFICo), a specialist investor in the equity of PFI/PPP projects was established in 2004 as an AIM-listed vehicle, initially raising £47m.

In 2007 PFICo was acquired by a bidder at a total valuation of £156m, giving its shareholders a return of just under 40% per annum. We continued to manage the PFICo portfolio, which comprised holdings in 22 projects, mainly in the health and education sectors until its transfer in March 2009.

Quayle Munro continues to provide financial management to SPVs and we are currently raising a new fund to continue the successful track record established with PFICo.
